Construction
Certificates
After receiving Development Approval (DA), we can provide you with a Construction Certificate to get development started
Complying Development Certificates
Some developments may be eligible for Complying Development Certificates. In these cases, Development Approvals are not required.
Occupation Certificates
This is the final stage of the process and allows you to occupy the new building or structure
Swimming Pool
Compliance
In order to sell or lease your property with a swimming pool or spa, a compliant or non-compliant certificate is required
